Integrating Spiritual Practice and Daily Life

“When you practice half an hour of meditation ... it [is] for the benefit of the whole day.
We must practice in a way that removes the barrier between practice and nonpractice.”
—Thich Nhat Hanh

This weekly meditation group is intended to support our individual practice and meditation during the week, to deepen our spiritual awareness, and to help transform our relationships with the people and circumstances in our everyday life. Over the year, we experience practices that foster compassion, deep understanding, and equanimity.

Each session includes context and instruction for the meditation, ample practice time, and opportunities to share and learn from one another as we discover the integration of our practice in our daily lives. All levels of experience are welcome.

DATES AND TIME:   Tuesdays, 7:30–8:45 AM. You may arrive beginning at  7:15 AM to enjoy meditation music from various traditions and cultures (our meditation session begins at 7:30 AM).
